To provide nursing care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing care.

Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. A Registered Physical Therapist (PT) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. Provide a problem-solving service between the school and the community in providing services to students, families, and school personnel to promote and support students’ academic and social success.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
